Maintains and improves automated EV manufacturing equipment to maximize reliability, uptime, safety, and production performance.
What you'll do
- Troubleshoot equipment failures and develop preventive and predictive maintenance plans.
- Lead equipment improvement projects, perform root-cause analyses, and coordinate upgrades with suppliers and engineering teams.
- Support production ramp-ups and critical failures, and train maintenance technicians.

- 2–5 years of experience maintaining automated manufacturing equipment.

Nice to have
- Siemens or Rockwell Automation, OSHA 10 or OSHA 30, Six Sigma, or predictive maintenance certifications.
- Robotics experience with Fanuc, ABB, or KUKA; experience in automotive, EV, electronics, or other highly automated environments.
Pay
$140,000 — $180,000 USD (base salary)
