About the job
Provides customer and dealer technical support for Harbinger vehicles, managing service cases, troubleshooting issues, authorizing warranty requests, and coordinating service improvements.
What you'll do
- Own service cases from initial contact through resolution, documenting activity and coordinating customer, dealer, and internal communications.
- Provide diagnostic guidance and lead resolution of technical, warranty, and field service issues with cross-functional teams.
- Review and authorize warranty requests, process parts requests and RMAs, and support service improvements, recalls, and field campaigns.

Pay
$80,000 — $110,000 USD base salary
