About the job
Leads a General Assembly production zone, coordinating team members and resources to meet output, safety, quality, and continuous-improvement goals.
What you'll do
- Direct daily team activities, staffing, coaching, and performance monitoring; support production as a build operator when needed.
- Lead shift-start huddles, maintain 5S and safety standards, and escalate operational issues to the Supervisor.
- Apply production fundamentals and champion continuous improvement across the zone.

- Proven experience working at an OEM or Tier-1 supplier, with direct shop-floor, assembly-line, and supplier-management experience.
- Demonstrated ability to direct, train, and evaluate assembly or engineering teams.
