About the job
Leads a General Assembly production zone on second shift, coordinating operators and resources to meet output, safety, quality, and continuous-improvement goals.
What you'll do
- Direct daily team activities, staffing, coaching, and performance monitoring; provide hands-on build-operator support when needed.
- Run shift-start huddles, communicate zone progress and issues, and promptly escalate concerns to the Supervisor.
- Apply production fundamentals and maintain safety and 5S standards across the zone and General Assembly area.

- Direct experience with shop-floor operations, assembly lines, and supplier management.
- Demonstrated ability to direct, train, and evaluate teams; prior experience managing a team or leading complex projects from concept to production release.

Pay
