Build and lead Harbinger’s internal audit function, strengthening controls, audit readiness, risk management, and operational processes as the company scales.
What you'll do
- Design and evaluate financial reporting controls, prepare for SOX compliance, and coordinate with external auditors.
- Create and execute risk-based audits across financial, operational, and compliance areas; identify control gaps and improvements.
- Establish risk assessment and process improvement practices, advise business leaders, and support IPO readiness and cross-functional projects.
