What you'll do
- Hire, develop, and manage IT staff; coordinate support coverage across sites and shifts.
- Lead end-user support, service levels, on-call operations, device lifecycle, and collaboration and conference-room systems.
- Maintain the AI-powered service desk and manage the IT budget, vendors, and coordination with Cybersecurity.
