Leads wiring harness lab work by assigning technician tasks, preparing work orders and kits, maintaining inventory, coaching technicians, and building, repairing, and auditing harnesses and PCBAs.
What you'll do
- Manage work assignments, work order kits, and Jira ticket updates for wiring harness technicians.
- Track lab hardware inventory, coach junior technicians, and diagnose and repair faulty harnesses.
- Build complex harnesses and PCBAs as needed, support quality audits, and enforce lab cleanliness and safety.

- 5+ years of experience as a Lab Manager; preferably managing a power electronics or electrical lab within the automotive or aerospace industry.
- Experience managing technicians.
