About the job
Ensures quality across Harbinger’s high-voltage battery lifecycle by setting standards, investigating issues, and driving corrective actions and continuous improvement.
What you'll do
- Monitor battery quality metrics and lead data-driven root cause analysis and corrective actions with cross-functional teams.
- Develop battery quality standards, inspection and testing protocols, and supplier and manufacturing quality controls.
- Support battery pack and module assembly, design reviews, equipment buyoff, and quality-related change control.

$120,000 — $190,000 USD (base salary)
