Leads hands-on testing and reliability validation of power electronics, PCBAs, and high-voltage subsystems from prototype bring-up through design and production verification.
What you'll do
- Lead bench bring-up, commissioning, and validation; develop and maintain Design Verification Plans & Reports.
- Build test fixtures and automation setups; lead failure root-cause analysis and reliability work.
- Document and report test findings, work with suppliers on quality, and train technicians on test procedures and HV safety.
