Develops and leads reliability testing for vehicle systems and components, from test planning and execution to failure analysis and reporting.
What you'll do
- Develop reliability calculations and accelerated lifecycle test plans; lead test execution.
- Analyze test or field failures, support DFMEA sessions, and work with design and supplier teams to improve reliability.
- Help develop test infrastructure, train personnel, ensure safety compliance, and document and present results.
