Build, inspect, test, and repair complex low- and high-voltage wiring harnesses and perform microscope soldering on PCBAs in a prototype environment.
What you'll do
- Build, install, repair, and inspect LV and HV harnesses; conduct crimp checks, pull-tests, and terminal seating audits.
- Solder components onto PCBAs and perform wire-to-board terminations under a microscope.
- Document audit results and drawing discrepancies, and collaborate on defect root-cause analysis and process improvements.
