About the job
Leads the design, development, and lifecycle support of electric and internal-combustion powertrain systems for commercial vehicles.
What you'll do
- Lead powertrain system design and development, and support in-service products through failure investigations and cost-down work.
- Set technical standards and best practices, and help junior engineers solve complex technical challenges.
- Partner with manufacturing and quality on product consistency, production ramp-ups, and supplier changes.
