About the job
Build and manage Harbinger’s external financial reporting, SEC filings, technical accounting documentation, and reporting controls.
What you'll do
- Prepare and review SEC filings, including Forms S-1, 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K, along with earnings releases and investor materials.
- Research accounting issues, draft technical accounting memos, and support implementation of accounting standards and SEC reporting policies.
- Develop scalable SEC reporting processes and support SOX-ready controls, audits, and quarterly reviews.
