Optimizes and supports Harbinger’s enterprise systems by analyzing business processes, configuring NetSuite and related tools, managing integrations, and improving cross-functional workflows.
What you'll do
- Analyze business processes, configurations, master data, and workflows to identify improvements; configure and support ERP systems and troubleshoot issues.
- Integrate systems and maintain data consistency; develop reports, saved searches, and actionable insights.
- Provide user support and training, and conduct end-to-end testing and user acceptance testing.
