Develops and grows Harbor’s Knowledge & Research Services engagements by building client relationships, shaping proposals and commercial models, aligning delivery, and leading market programs and thought leadership.
What you'll do
- Develop client opportunities, lead discovery, and shape scopes, proposals, Statements of Work, and pricing inputs.
- Own Interim Research growth, performance, and P&L; oversee delivery quality and improve utilization, margins, and scalability.
- Oversee BLISS and LINKS, lead thought leadership, and represent Harbor in legal-market events and client meetings.
