Senior Manager, Contracts Lifecycle Management

What you'll do

• Manage and deliver client technology projects, including project plans, budgets, scope, resourcing, and client communications.
• Guide requirements gathering, process design, system configuration, testing, data migration, integrations, training, and change management.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to business development, client relationships, and practice growth.

What they ask for

• 8+ years of relevant experience in the legal or consulting industry.
• 8+ years of experience in legal technology assessments, requirements gathering, system design, configuration, implementation, testing, and deployment, including contracting tools.
• 8+ years of customer-facing project delivery experience, including overseeing other resources.
• Four-year degree in a listed or similar field, or equivalent combination of experience and education; permanent US work authorization.

Nice to have

• Experience with Agiloft, Ironclad, Malbek, Luminance, Ivo, or similar systems, including data migration and integration.
• Experience or knowledge of AI contract platforms such as Harvey and Legora.
