Leads NCAAF trading origination, overseeing in-house pricing and markets while guiding a small team to deliver accurate, competitive, and profitable sportsbook products.
What you'll do
- Own the trading tools, interfaces, markets, and customer experience for the in-house NCAAF product; benchmark competitors and identify improvements.
- Work with product, marketing, and data science teams to evaluate trading and user data and refine pricing models, automation, and algorithms.
- Manage and mentor traders, and ensure trading activity meets regulatory requirements and responsible gambling standards.
