Onboard enterprise customers, troubleshoot deployment issues, and improve the deployment experience for Harmonic Security’s AI governance and security platform.
What you'll do
- Provide technical onboarding support and resolve customer deployment problems, including investigating logs, HAR files, and configurations and writing root cause analyses.
- Improve deployment processes, maintain internal guides and customer documentation, and share field findings with the product team.
- Coordinate with Customer Success, Solutions Architecture, QA, and engineering to deliver a strong customer experience.
