Own customer implementations and adoption of Harness AppSec solutions, advising customers on secure software delivery, platform optimization, and value realization.
What you'll do
- Lead customer implementations, onboarding, adoption programs, and strategic success planning.
- Analyze usage and account health; recommend technical and operational improvements and conduct customer reviews.
- Coordinate with sales, product, and engineering, and contribute customer feedback and enablement resources.
