Build and deploy production AI-agent integrations and automation within enterprise customers’ software delivery environments, then enable customers to operate and extend them.
What you'll do
- Embed with customer engineering teams to build and iterate on production integrations across the software delivery lifecycle.
- Connect Harness AI Agents to customer pipelines, repositories, ITSM tools, security systems, and infrastructure; capture reusable patterns.
- Support transition to customer-run operations and share feedback with Harness product and engineering teams.
