About the job
Build and lead Harness’ global treasury function, overseeing cash and liquidity, banking relationships, foreign exchange risk, controls, and IPO readiness.
What you'll do
- Establish global cash management, forecasting, liquidity reporting, and intercompany funding processes.
- Manage banking relationships, investment strategy, and FX exposures; develop policies and hedging approaches.
- Implement treasury controls and systems, and support IPO preparation, audits, and cross-functional financial operations.
