Serves as the senior People advisor to Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, and Legal leaders, guiding workforce strategy, organizational effectiveness, employee relations, and scalable People programs.

- Advise executives on talent strategy, workforce planning, succession, and organizational design; represent People in leadership meetings.
- Lead complex employee relations cases and investigations with Legal, and oversee performance, talent review, and compensation programs.
- Scale People programs by evaluating and deploying AI tools and automation; collaborate across functions and mentor People team members.
