What you'll do
- Manage, develop, and grow the team from 5 to about 10; hire and shape team members’ careers.
- Own lead acquisition across distribution channels and intake capacity through policy completion; architect Voice AI systems for scale.
- Partner with growth marketing, sales, and operations; stay hands-on with architecture, unblocking, and coding.
