About the job
Build and lead Harper’s platform team, owning infrastructure, developer productivity and AI tooling, and SRE and production support while remaining hands-on.
What you'll do
- Own cloud infrastructure, third-party vendors, and related systems; build AI tooling and harnesses that improve developer productivity.
- Lead SRE and production support, strengthening production discipline and operational practices.
- Grow the team from 2 to 5–6 people and work directly alongside engineers.
