About the job
Build and operate the infrastructure, reliability, observability, and developer tooling that supports Harper’s engineering teams and AI workloads at scale.
What you'll do
- Own core infrastructure, including databases, AWS services, networking, and CI/CD.
- Build observability, reliability, and evaluation systems for AI workloads; own SLOs, on-call, incident response, and post-mortems.
