Build and audit source-backed underwriting frameworks, routing rules, and product guidance so Harper’s systems can apply commercial risk judgment consistently at scale.
What you'll do
- Review live risks and system outputs for missing context, weak assumptions, and unsupported conclusions.
- Define underwriting frameworks, appetite rules, routing constraints, and escalation conditions using evidence and examples.
- Work with product and engineering to encode and test underwriting judgment, audit system decisions, and teach the frameworks to teams.
