What you'll do
- Own ambiguous problems end-to-end, from analysis and proposed fixes through experiments and implementation.
- Build systems across underwriting operations, customer experience, and risk evaluation, using AI to automate manual brokerage work.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives and build dashboards, metrics, and reporting to improve throughput and efficiency.
