Leads Harvey’s legal engineering product specialist team and post-sales strategy to help customers adopt, expand, and realize value from Harvey’s platform.
What you'll do
- Recruit, coach, and manage the team, including performance, capacity, and account coverage.
- Oversee customer onboarding, enablement, escalations, adoption, renewals, and expansion.
- Build scalable processes and partner cross-functionally to turn customer feedback into product improvements.
