Leads the strategy and hands-on development of customer learning and certification across Harvey Academy, the Help Center, and in-product education, including AI-assisted content production.
What you'll do
- Build persona-based curricula and define certification competencies, exams, pass standards, and credential verification.
- Create learning content and design AI-assisted production workflows with quality standards and review gates.
- Oversee publishing, maintenance, localization, and a team of learning designers and a certification developer.
