Defines and builds Harvey’s customer learning and certification strategy, content, and AI-assisted production system across its learning platforms.
What you'll do
- Create persona-based curricula and certification standards, including competencies, assessments, pass standards, and recertification.
- Produce learning content and design AI-assisted content workflows with review standards and quality gates.
- Manage publishing, maintenance, and localization; guide the learning team and coordinate release readiness and learning metrics.
