Defines and builds Harvey’s customer learning and certification strategy, content, and AI-assisted production workflows across its learning platforms.
What you'll do
- Build persona-based curricula and define certification competencies, exams, pass standards, and recertification.
- Create learning content and design AI-assisted drafting workflows with review standards and publishing gates.
- Manage content publishing, maintenance, and localization; guide the learning team and coordinate release readiness and success metrics.
