Own and improve shared cloud-first IT infrastructure, automation, monitoring, and reliability across Harvey’s IT platforms and offices.
What you'll do
- Manage IT cloud accounts and tenants, including access, guardrails, cost, and infrastructure-as-code frameworks for IT configuration.
- Build and operate provisioning and automation workflows, monitoring, backups, recovery runbooks, and internal tools.
- Establish repeatable office technical standards and improve change control, documentation, certificates, domains, and DNS management.
