What you'll do
- Drive platform strategy and execution with Product and Engineering, using customer research and data to improve configuration, knowledge management, and visibility workflows.
- Build and develop a team; lead org design, resourcing, prioritization, and systems-level design feedback.
- Partner with senior leaders and customers, establish design decision-making practices, and help shape the Design organization’s operating model.
