Senior/Staff Product Manager, Vault

What you'll do

• Define Vault’s product vision and roadmap, and lead cross-functional development from ideation through launch and iteration.
• Drive enterprise integrations and work with engineering on scalable, secure, performant systems.
• Understand customer needs, set success metrics, and collaborate across teams on launches and platform alignment.

What they ask for

• 8+ years of product management experience, including at least 3 years at Staff or Senior PM level at a high-growth technology company.
• Track record owning and scaling complex platform or infrastructure products.
• Technical ability to engage on system design, distributed systems, data pipelines, and retrieval architectures.
• Experience building products handling sensitive data with security, compliance, and access control requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI/ML-powered products, semantic search, retrieval systems, or document processing pipelines.
• Background in legal technology, professional services, or law firm workflows and enterprise legal operations.

Pay

$177,700 - $266,500 USD (base salary); $177.7K – $266.5K (base salary)
