About the job
Own and scale Harvey’s macOS, Windows, and mobile endpoint environment, including device management, lifecycle automation, security posture, and advanced issue resolution.
What you'll do
- Set endpoint configuration, patching, and compliance standards and manage the endpoint platform.
- Automate provisioning, onboarding and offboarding, refreshes, and fleet workflows using scripts and vendor APIs.
- Partner with Security on endpoint posture and resolve complex endpoint issues, improving systems to prevent recurrence.
What they ask for
- At least 5 years in endpoint, client, or IT systems engineering, including direct ownership of a macOS MDM environment with 1000+ devices.
- Deep hands-on Jamf experience and Windows management experience with Intune, Autopilot, and Entra.

- Working fluency with an IdP covering SSO, MFA, and device trust; strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
