Staff Product Manager, New Verticals

What you'll do

• Discover customer workflows and translate needs into product definitions, roadmaps, and agent-powered solutions.
• Lead end-to-end deployments with engineering and customer teams; track success metrics and refine solutions.
• Make bespoke solutions repeatable through scalable product features, frameworks, pricing, and packaging.

What they ask for

• Background in professional services such as legal, consulting, banking, or adjacent fields, with experience in complex, high-stakes workflows.
• 3+ years of product management experience or closely related roles.
• Experience in B2B or enterprise environments; ability to ship and iterate on enterprise-grade software or high-complexity solutions.

• Experience building or deploying AI agents, workflow automation tools, or retrieval-augmented systems.
• Experience as a forward deployed engineer, solutions architect, or consultant with strong product instincts.

Pay

$215,000 - $300,000 USD (base salary); $215K – $300K (base salary)
