What you'll do
- Manage building facilities, property-management relationships, work orders, and vendor performance through resolution.
- Operate F&B, furniture, seating, access controls, safety readiness, and workplace records and systems.
- Track utilization, spending, vendor performance, and service metrics; identify trends and provide the Manager with facts and options.
