Oversees consulting portfolio performance and delivery while strengthening federal and defense contracting operations and supporting proposal capture and growth.

- Track portfolio staffing, utilization, margins, and forecasts; report performance metrics to leadership.
- Partner with engagement leaders to improve delivery and address systemic risks.
- Support federal task-order pursuits and manage operational rigor, contract alignment, documentation, and compliance.
