About the job
Provide counseling and mental health treatment, assess patient progress, and develop individualized care plans for clients.
What you'll do
- Build rapport, diagnose and treat mental health disorders, and create individualized treatment plans.
- Meet with patients regularly, provide counseling, and assess progress and adjust treatment as needed.
- Advise family members when appropriate and plan community outreach and referral activities.
