About the job
Owns and scales Headway’s accounts payable function, including close, reconciliations, audit support, vendor workflows, and automation.
What you'll do
- Lead AP operations, including invoice processing, approvals, payments, accruals, and prepaids; ensure accurate general ledger posting.
- Own AP month-end and year-end close, reconciliations, cut-off controls, and audit support.
- Improve AP processes and automation, partner with Accounting and FP&A, and standardize procedures as the function grows.
