About the job
Build and lead Headway’s campus recruiting and talent intelligence functions, owning early-career pipelines and a defined number of hires across the business.
What you'll do
- Create talent-mapping, competitive intelligence, sourcing, and candidate-nurturing strategies and infrastructure.
- Own campus recruiting, university relationships, events, and the summer internship program end-to-end.
- Lead the team’s hiring goals, reporting, and capacity-planning partnerships across recruiting and HR.
