Leads Headway’s Data Safety engineering team and builds privacy systems that enable safe use of sensitive patient data for learning and product development.
What you'll do
- Lead and grow a team of roughly five to eight engineers, including mentorship and development of a tech-lead layer.
- Own delivery of privacy and compliance commitments and their audit evidence; set the roadmap for de-identification, data access tiers, entitlements, and LLM data handling.
- Partner with Security, Privacy and Compliance, Legal, Data Platform, and product teams on safe data practices.
