Leads the Network Value engineering team, building data-informed systems that match patients and providers and produce evidence insurers can use to assess care value.
What you'll do
- Lead and grow a team of roughly five to eight engineers; set its roadmap and develop technical leaders.
- Own delivery of externally committed launches, metrics, and guardrails, including roadmaps for segmentation, provider efficiency ranking, and subnetworks.
- Partner with Product, Clinical, Data Science, and Commercial to iterate and contribute to company strategy.
