Build, launch, and operate clinical programs that expand Headway’s care offerings, including their clinical design, policies, workflows, and measurement.
What you'll do
- Design clinical programs, including care models, eligibility, triage, escalation pathways, and safety measures.
- Develop and maintain program policies, protocols, and SOPs, and manage plans, risks, launches, and operational readiness.
- Measure outcomes and safety, coordinate with cross-functional teams and governance bodies, and recommend program changes.

- 7+ years of experience in mental health settings.
