About the job
Own and scale Headway’s patient safety and clinical risk program for its nationwide behavioral health provider network, from event response and investigation to corrective action, measurement, and reporting.
What you'll do
- Manage safety events end to end, including intake, triage, investigation, analysis, corrective action, and closure; respond to urgent high-risk clinical events.
- Set safety protocols and investigation standards, track corrective actions to verified closure, and use event trends to prevent future harm.
- Own clinical risk metrics and dashboard, and report findings to clinical leadership and the board; advise product development on safety and risk.
