Build and evolve Headway’s data platform, including scalable pipelines, governance, and reliable data foundations for business operations and AI-powered tools.
What you'll do
- Design, build, and maintain data pipelines and infrastructure; drive platform technical decisions and performance improvements.
- Define and uphold data governance, monitoring, and quality standards, including the completeness, correctness, and traceability of AI-generated or surfaced data.
- Partner across Product, Engineering, Analytics, Data Science, and Infrastructure to evolve data architecture and address data needs early.
