What you'll do
- Hire, develop, and lead the infrastructure team, including its on-call rotation.
- Own the infrastructure roadmap across cloud services, deployment pipelines, LLM infrastructure, databases, and observability.
- Drive self-service platform capabilities, incident containment, and production readiness in partnership with Security and product engineering.
