Leads Headway’s five-person frontend platform team and sets the strategy for its design system, web architecture, and AI-enabled UI development.
What you'll do
- Hire, develop, and manage frontend engineers; set team priorities and advocate for appropriate headcount.
- Own web platform strategy, architecture, standards, and partnership with Design and product teams.
- Equip AI agents to build compliant frontend UI through documentation, guardrails, automated checks, and reviews.
