About the job
Design and continuously improve Headway’s patient therapist-search results experience, using research and experiments to help patients choose a provider.
What you'll do
- Own design of search results, provider cards, match explanations, filters, sorting, and sparse or empty states.
- Design and evaluate ongoing experiments on a conversion-critical surface, then use results to guide iterations.
- Partner with Ranking, Profiles, product, engineering, research, and data teams; prototype in code and AI tools.
