Own and improve Headway’s provider product experience, designing tools and AI-enabled workflows that help therapists run their practices efficiently.
What you'll do
- Lead provider product design from problem framing through launch and iteration; partner with product, engineering, and research teams.
- Prototype and test concepts using AI tools, run metric-driven experiments, and design provider workflows such as credentialing, scheduling, documentation, and billing.
- Contribute to the Helix design system and share practices; Staff designers also mentor peers and influence the provider roadmap.
